WHO AM I?
I am a trauma informed therapist treating individuals and families. I combine a warm and relational style with years of experience and training in neuroscience and depth psychology.
I approach each adult and teen I treat as a unique individual with an innate capacity for healing. I use a combination of relational, depth, and psychodynamic approaches, incorporating wide range of clinical interventions. I custom tailor treatment to each individual and family, utilizing talk therapy, attachment-focused therapy, somatic therapy, movement therapy, art therapy, mindfulness practice, role-play, ACT, EMDR, and DBT as appropriate.
I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology and a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the states of California and Oregon. My research on a new treatment method for domestic violence was published in the Journal of Ritual Studies in 2017. https://www.jstor.org/stable/45217791

In addition to psychotherapy, I am trained in psychedelic psychotherapy preparation and integration. If you have had a clinical or recreational experience with psychedelic medicine that you would like to process, we can address that in therapy. If you have heard about psychedelic treatment and are curious if this might be a good fit for your needs, we can explore that. In collaboration with Journey Clinical, I am now offering ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) to new and established clients.
I accept new clients on a limited basis. If my caseload is full when you first reach out to me and you would like to work with me, please wait a few months and check back in.
